You will manage high-priority initiatives, streamline internal processes, and support the Head of FLS-IT vision with a strong emphasis on financial analysis, KPI reporting, and performance management. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong analytical background, financial acumen, and the ability to create compelling presentations and reports for the executive team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Financial Oversight &amp; Budget Management<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track, analyze, and report on financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities for cost optimization, and areas of improvement supporting the Technology Business Management (TBM) approach<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with finance teams to ensure alignment on budgetary processes, forecasts, and ongoing financial reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KPI Reporting &amp; Performance Management<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage KPIs and OKRs to measure performance across technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Create, update, and manage regular dashboards and reports to provide clear insights on progress, roadblocks, and impact.<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance accountability across the tech organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Support, Communication &amp; Collaboration<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage internal and external communications for the CIO, including presentations, reports, and updates for leadership meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior IT leaders to drive clarity and alignment on goals, priorities, and execution plans.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to facilitate alignment on strategic initiatives, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial metrics, cost management, and budgeting processes to support high-level decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate business needs, connect the dots between strategic objectives, and implement solutions that drive results.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships across all levels, fostering collaboration, and maintaining alignment on goals.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Communication &amp; Presentation: Exceptional communication skills with an ability to deliver clear and compelling messages, whether in a boardroom or team meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Results-Oriented Leadership: Ability to take ownership of projects, prioritize work, and drive initiatives to successful completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in strategic operations, financial planning, project management, or similar roles within technology or related industries.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with a track record of transforming data into actionable insights and clear reports.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and deliver executive-level presentations, balancing detail with high-level messaging.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive consensus across senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within a technology or IT environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our customer, we are looking for an IT Planning and Financial specialist.
